Today, I'm diving into a story that's been weighing on my heart for quite some time. It's about a decision I made—a decision that led me to give up a staggering $1 million in revenue last year. Now, you might be wondering why anyone in their right mind would walk away from such a substantial sum, and I get it. Trust me, it wasn't an easy choice. But as we've been exploring the evolution of purpose in this season, I've come to realize just how crucial the WORK Pillar is.

This isn't just some abstract concept—I'm sharing my own journey, my own struggles, and ultimately, my own growth. From leaning into the pillars to putting everything through an "Authentic Alignment Audit," I'll walk you through the process of making peace with the decision to let go. And let me tell you, doing something with more ease doesn't mean it's easy. But sometimes, in order to step into our true purpose, we have to be willing to let go of what no longer serves us.
