The Orlando Magic took a bad loss to the Charlotte Hornets. It is not that they lost that feels disappointing. It is how they lost. A second lifeless and unfocused effort in the last three games this close to the Playoffs should raise some concerns for a young team.

The bigger alarm is again how they lost -- another poor first quarter forcing the team to play from behind. That is a trend the team needs to reverse.
