I’m recording this on Monday, June 1st after a few days conversations & protests coming to a boiling point of racism, race inequality and police brutality. 

Now, if you’re anything like me, you’re feeling a bit inundated with all of the post and information and stuff that’s coming at you, I get it. But here is what I know, this conversation isn’t going away and I am asking you to do your part in creating and facilitating real and lasting change.

Part of doing your part is growing an amazing and profitable business. Why is that? Well, that leads me to our podcast episode today. Earlier today I went live in my FB Group and shared the reasons why you succeeding in your business is about way more than you! And I wanted to share the content of that FB Live here.

The audio is raw and unedited, I say um a lot and probably repeat myself a bit and you’ll hear me saying “hi” to those joining live and responding to the group a time or two but I’ve been asking people to show up authentically and perfectly imperfect for the last few days and that requires that I do the same.
