In 1974, the Cleveland Indians baseball team held a promotion for their game against the Texas Rangers called "10 Cent Beer Night." Fans could purchase cups of beer for just 10 cents. What ensued was chaos as fans became heavily intoxicated and began to riot, in the stands and onto the field. The game has since gone down in history as one of the wildest promotions in sports history.
