In this Creator's Corner, Ettie sits down with Lori Lytle, Author of "Talismans & Tarot" to interview Lori about her practice and her book and all of the love and intentionality she infused in her book. It was such an honor having Lori on this episode to discuss the book itself, it's creation process, and how practically talismans have made a difference in her own practice.

I do want to apologize to Stella for the quality of this recording. This week, Wildly Tarot is going a little off the rails when Charlie, a mentalist, tarot reader, and Ettie’s very own D&D Dungeon Master joins the podcast as guest co-host! Charlie brings a totally different perspective to the cards, blending mentalism and tarot in a way that’s both thought-provoking and delightfully outside the norm. We chat about the idea that all tarot is valid (a novel concept we know) and how Charlie forged a personal relationship with tarot after coming to it through some pretty unconventional paths.

We also tackle a listener question about how to reconnect with your magic after getting burned by big spiritual predictions, for example, TikTok astrologers and tarot readers swearing that Trump wouldn’t take office. Plus, we nerd out over the major arcana in the Tarot de Marseille and why this deck still holds its own centuries later.
