In this video, I discuss the positive and negative influences affecting Australian house prices in 2022.

According to parts of the Australian media, house prices could decline by as much as 50% by the end of 2023.

According to Phil Anderson, the media has it completely wrong and house prices in many parts of Australia could increase by as much as 70% over the next 4 years.

Time will tell what happens next, but my personal opinion is that 2022 and early 2023 will be remembered as great years to buy slightly undervalued property in Australia.
