Conventional wisdom says that when your on a diet, or a weight loss journey, one should do their best to stay away from fast food and dining out. While this is true for the most part, life happens and every once in a while, whether it be for a special occasion, or you're just tired of cooking, we need to have someone else do the cooking and clean up for us. That doesn't have to mean the end of your weight loss plan or even that you can't go out to eat at all.
