In Episode 138 we delve into different reasons why we hold on to hurt, including denial, people pleasing, and wanting acknowledgment and/or justice for the hurt. I define shadow work, we talk about how difficult it can be to look at aspects of ourselves we don't want to admit to, and we discuss how that work is essential for true healing. This meditation is a guided healing session to identify where in your body you are holding on to hurt and to invite that hurt to lighten and release.
