Emily and Ky are back with their hot baked takes on episode two of Chimp Crazy! Not that you’d know that until practically the outro, if you weren’t around last week! But if not, where were you?? Hopefully you’re watching the show first, because they’ve got spoilers galore. Also important (probably questionable) legal info, and questions about how one copes without a face. Speaking of which, episode two of Chimp Crazy features disturbing footage and 911 call recordings of what is likely the most horrifying, traumatic chimp attack of all time, and that’s saying something. Consider if it’s a show you want to watch, or something you want to hear two really stoned people discuss. They also touch on Emily’s time in Mock Trial in High School, and which bones are the most upsetting. Due to technical difficulties, this one took more editing than usual, which is why we're a day late, and Emily wants you to know she DID take a lot of Ky’s coughs out. We are all just trying to survive here, lets be honest.

We know you've been waiting all year for our Special Spooky Watch-Along! And here we are!! This year we're watching German expressionist classic: The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari! Cue up youtube, and get ready to see a woman having a difficult time, houses that are too close together, chairs with too many backs, a mayor struggling with bureaucracy, a sleepy-creepy man with the most dramatic eye makeup and the skinniest legs you've ever seen, low-quality cloud wallpaper, a man who doesn't know how to use a knife, and more! We at Wine, Weed, Weird feel particularly insane about this one. More strangness incoming, including children who think babysitting a bunch of small children is fun, and/or the only possible way they can spend time together. Has it occurred to them that they could...just not babysit all the time? No one can know. Side note: cookie jars exist! Anyway, buckle up.

I mean, is it about anything, or is Emily just shrieking with laughter and spouting dog facts while Ky and Teddy try to keep up? Emily and Ky are back with take two on David the Gnome: a sweet, whimsical, cozy show about an exploitative and/or senile doctor, a fox getting run to death just like his predecessors, a psychic troll with no motivation, and a hippo on vacation. Look, we don’t write this stuff. We just find it. There’s also drugs, inscrutable interpersonal relationships, excessive world building, and a mouse left for dead who was a better dancer than Ray Gun. It’s a can’t-miss episode!
