1. Mother Nature is not cooperating with holiday travel. A winter storm has arrived in Wisconsin. Some areas in northern Wisconsin got more than a foot of snow overnight. It's not as bad here in southeastern Wisconsin, but we're getting snow too. It's not just the snow though, it's that whipping wind! Snowy, windy conditions today, and over Thanksgiving week, could snarl travel plans for many families. Some areas of the Midwest could experience high winds, and blizzard conditions. According to our friends over at Storm Team 4, we'll see snow off and on throughout the day. Blowing snow may reduce visibility, so be careful if you're traveling today.

2. We're just over two weeks away from the start of Hannah Dugan's federal trial in downtown Milwaukee. The County judge is accused of allegedly helping an undocumented immigrant, Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, evade arrest by ICE and federal agents at the courthouse back in April.

3. Happening now, crews are starting to inflate the big balloons for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Thousands of spectators are on hand in New York City to watch as the signature character balloons come to life. It takes about 90 minutes to inflate each balloon. This is the 99th year of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Expect to see 34 balloons, 28 floats, and some sweet performances. Four new character balloons will be showcased tomorrow: including Buzz Lightyear, Pac-Man, Shrek’s Onion Carriage, and Mario by Nintendo. Stars from Wicked will be in the parade, country music star Lainey Wilson, even Busta Rhymes.

ABC News Technology Reporter Mike Dobuski talks about how hot on the heels of President Trump signing an executive order Monday promoting the use of generative artificial intelligence in scientific research, the Trump Administration is reportedly weighing another executive order having to do with the controversial technology. Instead of targeting AI companies like OpenAI, Google, and Meta, this new order would instead pressure states to overturn AI laws that have already passed, discourage states from moving ahead with legislation governing the use of AI. The goal, according to Trump officials, is to speed up the development of AI in the US to better compete with AI companies from around the world. The order could be signed as soon as this week, and it’s already generating significant pushbacks. Plus, the social network “X” recently made a big change to its account location settings, which has resulted in some surprising findings.

Midlife Midwife MKE Owner Dr. Alyson Lippman talks about how the organization offers a guided hand in midlife women’s health care and the treatment of perimenopause and menopause symptoms.

1. "She ran because of me." That's what the man who was arrested with Slender Man attacker Morgan Geyser is saying. Chad Mecca, also known as Charly, called the ABC TV station in Madison on Monday to explain his relationship with Geyser and what happened over the weekend. Mecca explained he met Geyser at church and she opened up to him about her past. A past that includes repeatedly stabbing a classmate in the woods in Waukesha and almost killing her in 2014. When Mecca called WKOW, he said he saw Geyser at the group home in Madison nearly every day for the last month. He said she wanted to leave because they were going to take away Mecca's visiting rights. Mecca is from Janesville. He was charged with Criminal Trespass and Obstructing Identification. Police released him. Geyser is awaiting extradition back here to Wisconsin. She's currently being held in the Cook County Jail.

2. More arrests overseas over last month's robbery of jewels from the Louve. If 8 people are now in custody, how come the jewels are still MIA? Officials believe the jewels have been broken into smaller, untraceable stones and sold individually or incorporated into new, unidentifiable pieces of jewelry. This was a seven-minute, broad-daylight robbery using physical access via a cherry picker and an unsecured window. The revelation has caused significant embarrassment and scrutiny for the museum, highlighting years of underinvestment in security and outdated software.
