1. The funeral service for Former Vice President Dick Cheney took place today at the National Cathedral in Washington. Cheney died on November 3rd at the age of 84.

2. The World of Autonomous robotaxis is coming to the Midwest. Google's sister company, Waymo is expanding! Waymo will start operating test drives with human drivers in New Orleans, Tampa and Minneapolis in hopes of launching its fleet of driverless taxis in 2026. Test runs are done in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Miami and Orlando. Service, without a human driver, is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks. The company is currently operating in Austin, the San Francisco Bay Area, Phoenix, Atlanta and Los Angeles, a freeway routes started in those markets last week.

3. It's large, it's fast, and it's blazing through our solar system at 153-thousand miles per hour. It's a massive comet that has people buzzing! NASA calls it 3i-ATLAS and it just released the newest telescope images of it.

1. Big news for Wisconsin as a global healthcare leader is buying Madison-based Exact Sciences, the company behind the cancer screening test Cologuard. Abbott is buying the Madison-based company for a whopping 21 (b) billion dollars. The partnership means even more people around the world could catch cancer early. Despite the buyout, Exact Sciences will stay in Madison. It’s a huge win for Wisconsin innovation and a proud moment for the state’s growing role in healthcare breakthroughs.

2. A mixed picture of the economy with the September jobs report and earnings reports from major retailers suggesting a contradiction. The September jobs report shows that 119 thousand jobs were added, much higher than expectations. America's largest retailer, Walmart, posting strong sales and profits in its earnings report, but that's not the case for all the big box retailers. Walmart says customers across the income spectrum are turning to them given the level of uncertainty that exists.

3. The TSA is poised to enact a new rule that would charge a fee to people who travel without a real ID. The fee covers additional biometric screening that the traveler would have to get past security checkpoints. The fee is 18 dollars, and it would be valid for a 10-day period. Remember a real ID is either a state-issued driver's license or another form of valid government identification that's gone through federal security standards. It usually has a star in the corner of the license.

1. Attorney General Pam Bondi says the Justice Department has new information regarding the Epstein files, but she did not say what the new information is. And while the Attorney General also says the DOJ will follow the law, many questions remain.

2. A bipartisan bill to legalize online sports betting in Wisconsin is being tabled by the assembly today. The passage of SB592 would set the stage for legalized mobile sports betting in Wisconsin through tribal partnerships. Wisconsin law currently restricts most forms of gambling to the physical tribal territory, one must physically be at Potawatomi, or Ho Chunk, or Oneida for example, to gamble. Not surprisingly, all the tribal-owned casinos are behind it, the Milwaukee Brewers and the MMAC are also supportive. Those against the idea include anti-gambling advocates, legal groups who believe this would be a violation of Wisconsin law and daily fantasy sites such as Draft Kings. Apps like Draft Kings, Prize Picks and Underdog Fantasy are available in Wisconsin because the state's legal framework classifies them as games of skill (Daily Fantasy Sports or DFS), not traditional sports gambling. This classification allows them to operate in states where conventional sports betting is otherwise restricted or illegal. The model being proposed uses a HUB and SPOKE method for connecting users to the tribal casino of their choice. The “hub” in this case, is a server located on tribal land and the “spokes” are the users throughout the state. So long as the server is on tribal land, it would be legal.
