(แทนไท) อันนี้ความเห็นที่ไม่ได้พูดในรายการนะครับ - โดยส่วนตัว ผมไม่กินรังนกเพียงเพราะรู้สึกเฉยๆ กับรสชาติ แต่ถ้าถามว่ามีทัศนคติอย่างไรกับ "ธุรกิจ" รังนก ผมขอบอกว่ามีทัศนคติในแง่ลบครับ เหตุผลเพราะมันเป็นตัวแทนของหลายสิ่งที่ผมไม่เห็นด้วย เช่น ความเชื่อโบราณงมงาย ประเภทว่าอะไรโบราณต้องดีไว้ก่อน เห็นมั้ยเค้ากินกันมาเป็นพันปีจะไม่ดีได้ไง... กับอีกอย่างคือ มันเป็นตัวแทนของการโฆษณาชวนเชื่อเว่อร์เกินจริงของธุรกิจอาหารเสริมทั้งหลาย คือรังนกอาจจะมีสารมีประโยชน์บ้าง แต่งานวิจัยยืนยันยังถือว่าห่างไกลจากความชัดเจน แถมต่อให้มีก็ยังน่าจะเป็นสารที่พบในอาหารอื่นๆ อยู่แล้ว ร่างกายได้รับเพียงพออยู่แล้ว แต่นี่ดันโฆษณาสร้างภาพซะอย่างกับเป็นยาวิเศษสุดยอด คุณค่าคัดสรรสำหรับคนที่คุณรัก โอย...ฟังแล้วอยากถอนขนหัวนม
