That's the observation of Kayla Osterhoff, former CDC scientist and consultant to major corporations on the neuropsychophysiology of women in the workforce. Why is this important? Because major scientific studies conclude that women are natural leaders and are now leaving the workforce in droves. This means that the people most capable of making decisions that impact the public will no longer be "in the room." Kayla explains why and that the problem will become much worse before it gets better. The reason? Women are trying to work like men, which burns us out early in life. COVID helped this play out.
