Women Over 70 - Aging Reimagined with Gail Zelitzky and Catherine Marienau!

Your hosts for Women Over 70 Aging - Reimagined are Gail Zelitzky and Catherine Marienau. Gail and Catherine met while Gail was attending graduate school at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and after her graduation, they became strong colleagues and friends. Gail has owned multiple businesses and is still active in the business world, coaching women in all stages to reap the benefits of business ownership. As a speaker, author, and mentor, she believes that every woman, no matter their age, deserves to rediscover her unlimited, unrealized potential. Catherine has been listening to women’s stories for nearly 50 years—as mentor to female students (ages 35-80), as instructor of women’s issues, and as researcher-writer on women as learners and on vital women in their 70s. Her primary context has been innovative, customized degree programs for adult learners, most of whom are women. Now, at age 70, Catherine is moving from a full-time faculty position to focus on her ‘passion projects’—women’s learning and development through the lens of aging, and adult learning through the lens of neuroscience.
