  • Creatively stuck?

Today we’re talking about our creative voice. Before we go there, do make sure you’ve downloaded Say Yes to YOU three strategies to own your YES at www.freebie.claudia-braun.com.

I’m excited to be talking with you about creativity. Your creative voice can feel like it’s something you need to find! When I talk with people, they say, well, I'm not really creative.

I'm kind of one of these people who's just a numbers person. Or I just, I, I think very literally, and I don't really, I don't think of myself as very creative, so.

If that is you, this is definitely for you. If you’re someone who does think of yourself as creative, but you're not giving yourself permission to express your creativity, this’s for you.

Wherever you are on your continuum of creativity. We’re going here. And it’s connection and relationship to your wellness. As we look at ourselves, we’re multidimensional beings. Physical beings with a body we need to take care of and an emotional body needing our attention, without balancing our emotions, we lose our joy, happiness, and we don’t feel peace. Denying any aspect of ourselves: physical, emotional, spiritual. We feel less than alive or engaged, and to deny any one of them is to feel less than whole.

Join me in today’s episode and reclaim and or deepen your creative voice!

    With love,

    Claudia

This free gift I'm offering to you, it’s an opportunity to have a conversation with me to share with you, the way your mind sabotages you. As we’re entering into the mind aspect of the six week wellness transformation.

This’s a two part series, coaching work with my clients is based on the teaching of positive intelligence, and it's very much in alignment with everything else that I practice in my life.

This’s such a great place to start because everybody research shows sabotage happens to all of us, the question is to what degree!

Being great at saying yes to others, not great at saying yes to yourself, there’s a way you get in your own way.

It seems like it's who you are and it is an aspect of you, but it's not all of who you are. And it's not necessarily who you were meant to be, but it's who you've practiced being and it's who you've programmed yourself to be at this point in your life.

During this episode we explore how it continues to take shape and accessing the assessment will allow even greater insight into you. Get at it HERE

  • Understanding and Changing Your Set Point and Homeostasis

GEt Your 3 HACKS TO OWN YOUR YES TO YOU

So let's talk about setpoint and let's talk about what that is and how it matters.

Why it matters and why knowing this changes things for you. So one of the things that I hear frequently when I talk to women out and about is how easy it is for them to give their time away.

How easy it is for them to feel over schedule, exhausted. And one woman, busy attorney told me that she's popping ibuprofen to get her through. So that is a set point That’s homeostasis. That's what she knows to be true. That's what she knows as the way for doing life. So this matters. Your set point, or homeostasis is where you know yourself and why so often when change is desired, it can feel so hard.

Join me in this podcast and let’s explore how this happens, (over and over) and what to do about it!

Please share your comments, like and subscribe and share it!

    With love,
