On this episode of Woo² my Executive Producer, Connie Diletti and I discuss one of the most common and widely used phrases, ‘It is what is.’
This common phrase can be the ultimate excuse for avoidance and lack of accountability or it can be a powerful invitation for radical acceptance. What actually is radical acceptance? This is another common term that we deep dive into because when used and applied appropriately, it can be a very useful tool so that you can disengage from circumstances that don’t serve you anymore or keep you stuck in a loop. I give practical examples of how radical acceptance works and examples of how it doesn’t work; we also chat about shadow work and, as per the Wooniverse, we pull a card to top it all off!
