I tell you how to improve your stubborn body part that won't grow.
1. Improve your mind-muscle connection when doing each exercise (There's always a higher level no matter how well you're currently doing it).
2. Make sure you're always challenging yourself to "5 more pounds" . . . "one more rep" . . . and even better "feel" no matter what you've accomplished in the past.
3. Try different exercises for that lagging body part. There are no "magic" exercises. There's are only exercises that YOU perform better than others. All of us aren't equally coordinated with every one. Know which ones that you really hit the muscle with. Don't expect to get production from the "fitness expert recommended and approved" exercises until you can execute them effectively.
