  • 286. Larissa Conte - Wattage, Power and Business 3.0

Larissa Conte (LinkedIn) and I spoke about the work she's been doing on power. We spoke about wattage. The notion that power is an experience not a thought. That we are afraid of power and what we may do with it. We spoke of shadow power: over and the one we give away, as well as the power that serves the whole. Larissas work with heart centered leaders was the backbone of this conversation. It is a primer to a different way of thinking about power as: the capacity to move energy through systems. We spoke of how power shows up when we are willing and able to deal with it and when we are not, and we finished by speaking about what all this has to do with business 3.0. This is a joyful, deep and hands on conversation that will give the listener not just food for thought but also a viseral experience of what power may feel like.
