Lauren Sarasua is a world-record-holding freedive spearfisher, adventure seeker, and social media influencer from Miami, Florida. Her journey into spearfishing wasn’t without challenges. She began with a deep fear of sharks and the open ocean. Rather than letting fear define her, Lauren faced it head-on, transforming those phobias into a profound passion for the underwater world.
