ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Ben Askren is a 2x NCAA Champion and a 2x Hodge Trophy Winner. On the international scene, Ben represented Team USA at the 2008 Olympics. In MMA, Ben won multiple world titles for Bellator and ONE. Recently, Ben released his memoir, Funky, which dives into Ben’s journey from a chubby 5th grader just getting started in wrestling to his climb to the top of folkstyle wrestling. I loved this book and hope you do as well. Enjoy! (Photo: Tony Rotundo / Wrestlers are Warriors)
