Joe Biden’s ‘Made in China’ Inflation Reduction Act Gives Billions to China, Cuts Medicare, Kills American Jobs
When Donald Trump released a video where he said, “Biden’s pro-China economic program puts America last, and it’s killing our country,” the mainstream media recruited his establishment apologists to fact check Trump and claim it isn‘t true that Biden is giving away the store to China’s dictator Xi Jinping.
Biden is giving away billions to China and killing American jobs.
One of the worst instances of this is Biden’s signature domestic “achievement,” the so-called Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Not only has this done nothing to stop inflation, it’s also proving to be a giveaway to the Chinese Communist Party. While China is building military bases on our doorstep, Joe Biden—instead of proving he’s merely asleep at the wheel—has invited Xi Jinping inside and asked him to drive.
even Democrats like Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) have come out swinging against their boss. Just this week, Manchin slammed the IRA’s Clean Vehicle Credit, which was ostensibly intended to provide tax relief to American companies that manufacture car batteries and electric vehicles. The idea was that this would feed the electric auto industry and enable American independence from foreign energy.
Instead, China is co-opting American companies and sucking billions in green scam tax credits. The IRA doesn’t stop China’s government-owned green energy industry from setting up pop-up shops in America to qualify for tax credits, while importing everything from China. So, they’re stealing tax credits that could go to American companies. It’s proving that the IRA had nothing to do with curbing inflation. Was it the Green New Deal in disguise—or maybe the Red New Deal?
This is why Manchin this week said that the administration is effectively endorsing “Made in China.”
And Biden’s IRA is paying for all these giveaways to China by slashing Medicare for seniors.
The IRA will sharply cut the popular Medicare drug-coverage plan; a total of $30 billion will be cut from a program currently totaled at $110 billion.
This will kick in in 2025 — so it is either out of the way if Biden wins or can be blamed on Trump if Biden loses.
Buried in the IRA is command and control language that Joe Biden could only have learned from the Chinese Communist Party. The IRA language allows the government to dictate price controls on some prescription medicines for seniors under Medicare.
One particularly draconian provision allows the administration to designate Medicare drugs as targets for government-controlled price “negotiation.” If companies don’t accept the price controls, they are forced to pay a 95 percent excise tax – for everyone who buys it, not just through Medicare.
So, either we have government price controls or a tax that doubles the cost of some medicines, or no new medicines at all (unless maybe they are Chinese).

Boeing Whistleblower Autopsy Report Released As Police Wrap Up Probe
The Police Department of Charleston, South Carolina, has finished its investigation into the death of former Boeing employee John Barnett, who could have played a prominent role in a lawsuit related to the jetliner maker’s quality issues.
In a statement provided to The Epoch Times, the Charleston police said they didn’t identify any evidence contradicting initial findings that Mr. Barnett died of “an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.”
The police were dispatched on the morning of March 9 to conduct a welfare check at a Holiday Inn hotel where Mr. Barnett, 62, was staying while preparing for his case against the aerospace giant. He was discovered sitting inside a vehicle with a “gunshot wound to the head,” with a notebook containing what resembles a “suicide note” located on the passenger seat.

Ukraine Formally Asks NATO To Send Troops For First Time, Pentagon Mulling
The continued inevitable and disastrous slide into a WW3 nuclear-armed confrontation between Russian and the West continues as The New York Times reports NATO appears to actually be seriously mulling sending troops to Ukraine to serve in the role as ‘trainers’ at a moment Kiev is desperate to tap and train up new manpower. And this would be closer to front line positions as well.
“NATO allies are inching closer to sending troops into Ukraine to train Ukrainian forces, a move that would be another blurring of a previous red line and could draw the United States and Europe more directly into the war,” NY Times wrote Thursday. What has changed? The Zelensky government is now directly requesting it, apparently on a formal level for the first time of the conflict, according to officials.
The Times confirms “Ukrainian officials have asked their American and NATO counterparts to help train 150,000 new recruits closer to the front line for faster deployment.”

DEVELOPING: Helicopter Carrying Iranian President and Mass Murderer Ebrahim Raisi Crashes – Rescue Effort Being Hampered by Bad Weather Conditions (VIDEO)
A helicopter carrying Iranian President and mass murderer Ebrahim Raisi crashed while visiting a northern region and his condition is currently unknown according to reports.
In addition to Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian, along with other officials and bodyguards, were on the flight. The helicopter has been rpeortedly located around the village of Uzi in the forests of Arsbaran.
Twenty rescue teams and drones have been sent to the area. But emergency crews have so far been unable to reach the location due to foggy conditions.

A former Facebook and Nike “diversity manager” has been sentenced to prison after stealing $5 million earmarked for DEI initiatives.
Barbara Furlow-Smiles, 38, of Georgia, pleaded guilty to wire fraud in December for what the Justice Department called an “elaborate scheme involving fraudulent vendors, fictitious paperwork, and cash kickbacks.”
On Monday, Furlow-Smiles was sentenced to five years and three months in prison plus three years of supervised release. She has also been ordered to pay restitution of $4,981,783.58 to Facebook and $121,054.50 to Nike, for a total of $5,102,838.08.

The Georgia Court of Appeals has given a green light to Donald Trump’s case to remove Fani Willis from his election fraud trial in the latest blow to the Fulton County DA.
Willis has courted controversy while prosecuting the county’s election interference case against Trump after it was revealed she had a past relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
She escaped with just a slap on the wrist after Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee dramatically ruled she could stay on the Trump election interference case if Wade removed himself.

Records show NY Democrat Congressman Dan Goldman has sent Loren Merchan over $162,091.92, with the last payment being made on March 26, 2024, right before the #TrumpTrial began on April 15th, 2024. This should be enough evidence to force Judge Merchan to recuse himself and to acquit Donald Trump all together.

Trump Lawyer John Eastman Arrested in Phoenix on Charges Related to 2020 Alternate Electors Even Though He Had ZERO INVOLVEMENT in Arizona Litigation President Trump’s election lawyer John Eastman on Friday was arrested in Phoenix on conspiracy, fraud, forgery and other felony charges related to the 2020 Trump alternate electors plan even though he had ZERO communication with the Arizona electors! A total of 18 people involved in the Arizona alternate electors plan were indicted by the Arizona grand jury last month. Make no mistake, the charges are a warning shot to anyone who may want to challenge the 2024 election.
“We conducted a thorough and professional investigation over the past 13 months into the fake electors scheme in our state,” Arizona’s Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes said in a video announcing the charges. “I understand for some of you today didn’t come fast enough. And I know I’ll be criticized by others for conducting this investigation at all. But as I’ve stated before, and we’ll say here again, today, I will not allow American democracy to be undermined.” Eastman voluntarily surrendered to arrest and was booked and arraigned in Phoenix on Friday.

Fears Mount Of Undersea Cable Sabotage By Chinese Repair Ships, Report Says
State Department officials told a team of Wall Street Journal reporters about the increasing risks that undersea telecommunications cables could be susceptible to espionage.
The officials became concerned when a state-controlled Chinese firm that repairs undersea cables, SB Submarine Systems, unexplainably and repeatedly concealed the location data of its ship from radio and satellite tracking services. They said the ship’s concealment of its position “defied easy explanation.”
The warnings about potential espionage or even sabotage of undersea cables come nearly three months after underwater telecommunications cables linking Europe and Asia were “damaged” in the Red Sea between Jeddah in Saudi Arabia and Djibouti in East Africa.
One of the ships in question is called “Bold Maverick,” and it has periodically turned on and off its transponder data near areas with undersea cables, which continues to worry US defense officials.

Red Lobster To File For Bankruptcy After All-You-Can-Eat Shrimp Deal Cost The Company Millions
Red Lobster, the largest U.S. seafood restaurant chain, is expected to file for bankruptcy after offering customers an all-you-can-eat shrimp deal that ultimately cost the company millions of dollars.
Red Lobster currently boasts roughly 650 locations nationwide and has its headquarters in Orlando, Florida; it recently closed dozens of its outlets. Thai Union Group, Red Lobster’s majority owner, said they were through funding the chain.
“We’re going to exit. We are not going to inject any more money into Red Lobster,” Thai Union Chief Executive Thiraphong Chansiri said in February.
“The company aims to use the bankruptcy process to negotiate concessions from landlords and strike a deal with creditors to continue operating, moves that could trim hundreds of millions of dollars in debt,” Red Lobster said, according to The Wall Street Journal, which noted that the company’s sales dropped 8% from 2022 to 2023.

U.S. officials have cut off funding to a nonprofit that funneled government money to a laboratory in China located in the same city where the first COVID-19 cases appeared.
EcoHealth Alliance (EHA), the nonprofit, “did not adequately monitor” compliance from the Wuhan lab with the terms and conditions of a grant from the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), Henrietta Brisbon, a deputy assistant secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the NIH’s parent agency, said in a May 15 letter to EcoHealth President Peter Daszak. In a press release, the United States Capitol Police (USCP) reported a bag of cocaine was discovered inside its headquarters.
The USCP reported a small bag of a powdery white substance, which later tested positive for cocaine, was discovered in the second-floor hallway of USCP’s headquarters in an area that is used to store furniture and supplies.
An officer discovered the baggie at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday and reported his findings to a supervisor.
The area where the bag was located usually experiences heavy traffic from contractors and USCP employees.

Trump has filed an appeal seeking to overturn the verdict and the $83 million judgment against him in the E. Jean Carroll defamation case, in which the former president was sued over statements he made denying her allegations of sexual assault.
Trump attorney John Sauer wrote in a notice of appeal filed on May 15 at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, that the former president is appealing the tens of millions of dollars in compensatory and punitive damages levied against him.

None of this stuff is coming from China. It is all coming from Mexico via transnational shipping and Chinese manufacturing in Mexico. [Check Date]
Mexican built Chinese EVs would pass into the USA market under current USMCA trade rules and regulations, as long as they technically meet the material origination rules. This can make tariffs against the Chinese imported EVs a moot point, because China will be making them in Mexico (North American trade agreement).
One of the reasons President Trump said the U.S. auto industry would suffer a “bloodbath,” is specifically because the current Chinese auto companies are targeting these EVs in the $10,000 or less range. If you want to see what it looks like when cheap Chinese EVs start to flood a consumer market, visit Russia – the Western sanctions have only increased this flow. I can see it clear as day.
China plans to pump out thousands of cheap, what I would consider semi-disposable, electric cars into the USA market. That’s why they have invested so heavily in Mexico. Keep in mind, BlackRock (a Biden benefactor investment firm) is enmeshed with this Chinese move.
This tariff claim, by the Biden administration on “import Chinese EVs”, is optics only for political benefit. Whereas, the 100% tariffs proposed by Donald Trump specifically target Chinese EVs made in Mexico.

Illegal Immigration Overload: Border Town’s Criminal Prosecutions Explode by 5,000% on Biden’s Watch
Kinney County, Texas, one of several American border communities, has seen criminal prosecutions explode as illegal immigration has hit record levels on President Joe Biden’s watch.
During a House Budget Committee hearing last week, Kinney County Attorney Brent Smith told lawmakers that in 2020, under former President Donald Trump, the county reported just 134 criminal charges for prosecution.
After Biden “issued multiple executive orders, revoking numerous border security policies,” Smith said criminal charges for prosecution skyrocketed in 2021 to nearly 3,000, roughly 6,800 in 2022, and more than 5,800 in 2023.
This indicates that from 2020 to 2022, Kinney County saw criminal charges for prosecution increase by almost 5,000 percent, and from 2020 to 2023, increase by more than 4,200 percent.

Pro-Palestinian Student Group Used Messaging App To Distribute Materials Encouraging Attacks Against Police
National Students For Justice in Palestine (NSJP) and allied organizations used an encrypted messaging app to distribute a document instructing protesters on how to use physical force to stop police officers from making arrests, the Daily Caller News Foundation found.
“Popular University 4 Gaza” is a Telegram channel with over 8,000 subscribers and is run by members of NSJP, Palestinian Youth Movement and Writers Against the War on Gaza, according to a post on X, formerly Twitter. The channel’s admins distributed a document called the “De-Arrest Primer” on April 26 that provides tactics for resisting arrest, sometimes through violent means.
One tactic for obstructing arrests laid out in the document requires “pulling/pushing an officer off an arrestee and/or breaking their grip.” The document warns readers that the tactic can be “risky as it requires physical contact with an officer which could lead to assault on an officer charges.”
Freeing protesters from arrest can often be “well worth the risks,” as being arrested “can have drastic negative life altering affects [sic.], especially for targeted populations like people who aren’t white, Muslims, LGBTQ people and certain radicals,” the document argues.
Protesters are also taught to “hug” an arrestee from behind to pull them away from law enforcement, wrestle with police officers, open patrol car doors to free detained suspects and surround officers to demand they let arrested protesters go free.
“Who keeps us safe? We keep us safe! Learn these tactics to protect your comrades,” the text accompanying a link to the guide reads. It is unclear who authored the document.

When SCOTUS Nuked Affirmative Action, Universities Just Took It Underground
When the Supreme Court announced its ruling last summer in Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) v. President and Fellows of Harvard College (the decision that effectively ended affirmative action), it seemed like the country was finally ready to move on from this unfair policy and recommit to excellence and merit.
No longer would white and Asian applicants be passed over because they didn’t meet an organization’s arbitrary criteria for diversity, nor would unqualified applicants be admitted or employed and immediately fail afterward because they lacked the prerequisite skills and experience.
Sadly, affirmative action wouldn’t go away that easily. As a recent report from Renu Mukherjee at the Manhattan Institute shows, the American Bar Association (ABA) and New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) have flouted the SFFA by encouraging “law schools and law firms to ignore the Court’s holding” and “continue granting admissions preferences to black and Hispanic applicants using methods that are race-neutral in theory but race-conscious in practice.”
To this end, the ABA and NYSBA proceeded to launch a series of online workshops that would help guide law schools in identifying minority applicants in order to “foster racial and ethnic diversity in the absence of affirmative action.” According to Mukherjee, the main way to do this was “tying [the applicant’s race] to ‘a non-racial goal or value being pursued by the university’” so that “if the school faces a legal challenge, administers can argue that any preference granted to URMs [underrepresented minorities] is not based on race itself but instead on their ‘lived experiences.’”
For those familiar with the application process, none of this is exactly subtle. There are a number of ways to determine a person’s race without asking him directly, and it doesn’t take a DEI expert to spell it out. For law schools and colleges, it’s primarily a matter of ditching test scores and asking applicants to write essays about their personal backgrounds.

Former Obama Campaign Official and Her Wife Killed in Horrific Car Accident
Tragedy struck as a former Obama campaign worker, and her wife lost their lives in a horrific car accident in California last week.
NBC Bay Area news reported Monday that Peggy Moore and her wife Hope Wood were killed while riding along in the Jeep pickup when it collided with a Chrysler sedan in rural San Diego County at about 11:15 p.m. Friday. The 60-year-old driver of the Jeep, along with the Chrysler’s driver, were also killed.
One passenger in the Jeep managed to survive the accident.
NBC Bay Area notes Moore and Wood met while campaigning for Barack Obama in 2008. Moore was working as the Northern California Deputy Field Director for the campaign at the time.

Presidential Debates Start Next Month Which Means They’re Setting Dementia Joe Up
(America First Report)—Joe Biden’s handlers trotted him in front of the camera to play one of his standard roles. They rolled out the angry old man on stimulants to sound tough so they could piece together tiny snippets into a debate challenge.
The dates proposed were June and September. Having the first debate next month is conspicuous and bodes ill for Biden.
Trump expressed his readiness for the debates, criticizing Biden’s debating skills and presidency. He also mentioned his willingness to participate despite concerns about the commission’s impartiality.
The Biden-Harris campaign suggested the first debate take place in late June, after Trump’s New York trial and Biden’s G7 summit visit. A second debate was proposed for early September, prior to the start of early voting, with a vice presidential debate in late July following the Republican vice presidential nomination.

Trump Tells Massive Crowd: “Day One” Executive Order Will Target Offshore Wind To Save Whales
Former President Trump revealed at a large rally on Saturday evening in Wildwood, New Jersey, that if re-elected, he would sign an executive order on his first day in office to address offshore wind development along the East Coast.
Trump told a crowd of thousands that windmills are killing whales and fish. He pointed out that only a small number of whales died before wind farm developments, but now, whales are dying “all the time.”
“We are going to make sure that that ends on day one,” he said, adding, “I’m going to write it out in an executive order.”
Trump has said before, “Windmills are causing whales to die in numbers never seen before.” He made that comment at a campaign rally in South Carolina in 2023.
“They’re washing up ashore. I saw it this weekend, three of them came up. You wouldn’t see it once a year. Now they’re coming up on a weekly basis,” he continued.
Trump is correct. Since 2016, or around the time offshore wind development began to ramp up, there has been a noticeable uptick in whale deaths along the East Coast.
Data from NOAA Fisheries shows humpback whale strandings from Maine to Florida have surged post-2016.
Meanwhile, New Jersey has been on a quest to distinguish itself as the top offshore wind state on the east coast. The Garden State has approved three offshore wind farms and is soliciting more requests.

Democrat-Run California Imposes Secret 50-Cent Per Gallon Gas Tax

An emissions reduction program by an environmental regulator will lead to a 50-cent per gallon of gasoline increase, according to a report by a state environment regulator.
Last year the California Air Resources Board (CARB) said gas prices would increase by 50 cents next year and every year after in order to reduce emissions.
This is in addition to California’s existing gas tax!
“The middle class, the low income, they can’t afford gas to go to school, work or grocery or the doctor’s office,” Janet Nguyen told Fox Business. “No one knows about this. I think people just think it’s a tax, so they don’t know the difference between the carbon tax versus the state tax. It’s almost like a tax on the tax.”

Yesterday, the Center for Immigration Studies published the findings of a new report on the “largest two-year increase ever recorded” for the foreign-born population of people living in the United States—between March 2022 and March 2024, that number jumped by 5.1 million people.
And, of those 5.1 million people, more than half (54%) are not paying their own way; this works out to be around 2,754,000 million people.

But, they’re not exactly “unemployed” now are they? These unemployed migrants, both “legal” and illegal, have to largely be on welfare, because how else would they be surviving, which means they’re getting paid by the government to do nothing—this is the cliché government “worker.” And, missing from this CIS figure are the millions of newcomers “working” in the retail theft rings of New York City and Los Angeles, “staffing” the robbery crews of California mansions, and “managing” burglary tourism; they’re employed as the moped thieves of Manhattan, they’re the human traffickers, pimps, prostitutes, and drug dealers, and apparently, many of them are getting paid to agitate on college campuses, ostensibly in support of Muslim terrorism in the Middle East.

Rumble Sues Google For Over $1 Billion For Abusing Its Ad Monopoly, Another Antitrust Lawsuit Also Pending
The popular video-sharing platform Rumble is suing Google for over $1 billion for illegally leveraging its technological dominance against its ability to compete as an ad tech competitor.
The lawsuit, filed in the Northern District of California, alleges that Google has abused its position to deprive Rumble of billions in ad revenue.
The complaint reads:
Google exploits significant conflicts of interest that stem from its multiple roles in this electronically traded marketplace. As a result, it is able to pocket a supra-competitive portion of every advertising dollar that passes through the Ad Tech markets it controls, ad revenue that rightly should have passed through to publishers like Rumble and its content creators.
Google unlawfully forecloses competition in the market for publisher ad servers in the market for ad buying tools for small advertisers, and in the separate markets for ad exchanges and ad networks,” the complaint reads.
Google excludes competition by engaging in conduct unlawful under settled antitrust precedent, including through unlawful tying arrangements, a pattern and practice of exclusionary conduct targeting actual and potential rivals, and even a market allocation and price fixing agreement with Facebook, at one time its largest potential competitive threat in the publisher ad server and ad network markets.
This is not the only lawsuit filed by Rumble against Google, which is notorious for its aggressive and bullying behavior towards potential competitors and conservative entities.

Biden approves ban on Russian uranium
The move will backfire on the US economy, Moscow’s ambassador has warned
US President Joe Biden has signed into law a bill banning imports of Russian enriched uranium, despite warnings that the move could backfire on the American economy. Russia has remained America’s top foreign source of the crucial nuclear fuel, even amid tensions over the Ukraine conflict.
Biden signed the bipartisan legislation on Monday. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan claimed it would “strengthen our nation’s energy and economic security by reducing – and ultimately eliminating – our reliance on Russia for civilian nuclear power.”
The measure, which was unanimously passed by the Senate in late April, will go into effect in about 90 days. However, the US Department of Energy can issue waivers until 2028 in cases where there is no alternative to Russian low-enriched uranium or if its shipments are in the national interest. The ban also provides some $2.7 billion in federal funding to build new enrichment capacity in America to boost its civilian nuclear industry.

Judicial Watch announced today that it received 13-pages of records in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from the District of Columbia, explaining to illegal aliens and other noncitizens how they can register to vote in local elections.
The records came in response to an April 12, 2024, FOIA request for:
Materials presented and/or provided at the training;
Communications advertising/promoting the training; and
Materials provided to participants/attendees after the training.
On April 10, 2024, DC held a training event titled ”Non-Citizen Voting Education Virtual Training” in which DC announced noncitizen voting would begin in 2024.

Non-US citizen residents of the District of Columbia can vote in local elections under the Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022. Non-US citizen residents can vote in District elections for the offices of Mayor, Attorney General, Chairman or member(s) of the DC Council, member(s) of the State [sic] Board of Education, or Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner(s) Non-US citizen residents cannot vote for Federal Offices

House GOP investigates WH push to boost voter registration
The GOP-led House Oversight Committee is scrutinizing a push by the Biden administration to bolster voter participation.
Back in 2021, President Biden signed an executive order directing agencies to “consider ways to expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote.”
But Republicans are questioning the constitutionality of that directive.
“Our concern has been exacerbated by the continued lack of transparency from federal agencies and the White House regarding the implementation of this executive order,” almost two dozen House GOP lawmakers wrote in a letter to Office of Management and Budget Director Shalanda Young.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) led the letter.
A group of Republicans on the Oversight Committee previously sent a letter to the General Services Administration and OMD outlining similar grievances.
In the most recent letter, the group reiterated concerns “about the lack of constitutional and statutory authority for federal agencies to engage in any activity outside the agency’s authorized mission.”
Now they are demanding a staff level briefing about their concerns by May 20.
They are also seeking a legal justification for the White House’s move, documents related to the executive order and additional information about the potential use of third-party organizations to aid in voter registration.

Gavin Newsom Proposes Cutting 10,000 Vacant State Jobs to Close State Deficit
Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) announced his proposed $288 billion state budget, which would cut thousands of vacant state jobs and funding to more than 200 state programs in order to close the state’s $27.6 billion deficit.
“These are programs, propositions that I’ve long advanced — many of them,” Newsom explained. “But you’ve got to do it. We have to be responsible. We have to be accountable.”
Under Newsom’s proposal, 260 state programs would also have their funding slashed. Cuts consist of $2 billion to broadband that would have helped to expand high-speed internet connections, $500 million that was going to be used to improve the state’s water storage system, and $272 million that would have gone to improving employment services for California’s welfare system, among other things.
Other cuts consist of closing housing units with more than 4,000 beds throughout 13 prisons in the state, saving almost $81 million. Additionally, $300 million that was helping to provide state and local health departments with COVID-19 pandemic-related help would be slashed, according to ABC7.

It was apparent from the beginning that this was a set-up to attack Israel, and attacking Israel is what the State Department did. Despite admitting that it has no data to back up its conclusions, it nevertheless concluded that Israel has failed to protect Gaza’s civilian populations while using American weapons.

In the administration’s most detailed assessment of Israel’s conduct in Gaza, the State Department said in a written report that Israel “has the knowledge, experience and tools to implement best practices for mitigating civilian harm in its military operations.”
But it added that “the results on the ground, including high levels of civilian casualties, raise substantial questions” as to whether the Israel Defense Forces are making sufficient use of those tools.
Apparently, Israel’s unique approach to protecting enemy civilians—warning its enemy in advance of battle plans, warning civilians in advance of strikes, providing evacuation assistance to civilians in advance of battles, and providing millions of tons (and millions of dollars) worth of supplies, including food and medicine, to civilians—simply isn’t good enough. Nor does it matter that Hamas has deliberately intertwined its military operations with civilians or that it continuously attacks Israeli civilians). If only one Gazan civilian dies, Israel is in the crosshairs.
In the report, the State Department explicitly concedes that it has no actual information about the facts on the ground in Gaza and is relying on Hamas propaganda. It also recognizes that Hamas uses civilians as shields:
Given the nature of the conflict in Gaza, with Hamas seeking to hide behind civilian populations and infrastructure and expose them to Israeli military action, as well as the lack of USG personnel on the ground in Gaza, it is difficult to assess or reach conclusive findings on individual incidents.

Dozens of Colorado dairy farm workers monitored for bird flu symptoms
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment confirmed Friday that approximately 70 dairy farm workers are currently being monitored for possible symptoms of avian flu.
The 70 workers were recently exposed to the virus while employed at two Colorado dairy farms. Neither the farms or the workers have not been identified.
None of the workers are reporting symptoms of infection at this time, a CDPHE spokesperson confirmed. The agency will coordinate testing for any of the workers who do report symptoms and ensure flu antiviral drugs are available to them.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture first detected bird flu in a Colorado dairy herd on April 25. The second Colorado herd tested positive Wednesday.

The letter specifically named the National Students for Justice in Palestine, the AJP Educational Foundation, the Tides Foundation, and the Westchester Peace Action Committee Foundation as entities that should be scrutinized.
“We write to demand you open an investigation to determine if the supporters of the National Students for Justice in Palestine (NSJP), including the AJP Educational Foundation, the Tides Foundation, the Westchester Peace Action Committee Foundation (WESPAC Foundation), and other benefactors of NSJP have engaged in conduct warranting revocation of their tax exempt statuses on the basis of their financial support of NSJP,” the letter said.
“It is long-established precedent that when 501(c)(3) organizations have ‘planned activities that violate laws’ or engage in activities designed ‘to induce the commission of a crime or if the accomplishment of the purpose is otherwise against public policy,’ the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has grounds to revoke their tax-exempt status,” the senators wrote.

Perhaps it’s just because the election is only a few months away, or perhaps it’s because President Trump’s trade and economic policies toward China were always the right approach for the USA. Whatever the reasoning, the Biden administration is now proposing to use tariffs against China just like President Trump.
Overall, the New York Times is reporting [SEE HERE] that Joe Biden and USTR Katherine Tai are likely to trigger massive tariffs against imported Electric Vehicles (EVs) from China, perhaps as much as 100% due to the low cost of Chinese production. Additionally, the Biden administration is considering increasing the tariff regime against imports of Chinese steel and aluminum in a bid to protect the American industry.
On the EV issue, this tariff approach is politically duplicitous by Biden against the backdrop of massive investment in Mexico by the three largest Chinese EV automakers. Last December the three Chinese auto manufacturers, MG, BYD, and Chery, announced they were going to spend billions building new EV manufacturing plants in Mexico. Each Chinese auto manufacturer was going to spend between $1.5 to $2.0 billion.
Those Mexican built Chinese EV’s would pass into the USA market under current USMCA trade rules and regulations, as long as they technically meet the material origination rules. This can make tariffs against the Chinese imported EVs a moot point, because China will be making them in Mexico (North American trade agreement).
One of the reasons President Trump said the U.S. auto industry would suffer a “bloodbath,” is specifically because the current Chinese auto companies are targeting these EV’s in the $10,000 or less range. If you want to see what it looks like when cheap Chinese EV’s start to flood a consumer market, visit Russia – the western sanctions have only increased this flow. I can see it clear as day.
This tariff claim by the Biden administration on “import Chinese EV’s” is optics only for political benefit. Whereas the 100% tariffs proposed by Donald Trump specifically target Chinese EV’s made in Mexico.

House Passes Bill That Forces Biden Administration to Keep Its ‘Hands Off Our Home Appliances’
The House passed a bill designed to ensure that any new energy efficiency standards promulgated by the U.S. Department of Energy be based on available technology and economic reality, according to a media release from the bill’s sponsor.

Mathai responded by suing the county and Sheriff Salazar for wrongful termination, citing violations of her First and 14th Amendment rights. The case was settled this week and she will receive a hefty $400,000 in damages.

Special Prosecutor Jack Smith has just admitted that he and other DOJ and FBI minions manipulated documentary evidence underlying the Mar-a-Lago case against Donald Trump. Did anyone notice something, Smith has admitted to doing what the J6 defendants are accused and have been convicted of doing: Violating 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2). The statutory charges against the J6 defendants are a specious abuse of the law but they perfectly fit Smith’s admitted conduct.
One of the main tools in the DOJ arsenal against anyone near the Capitol on January 6, 2021, is § 1512(c)(2), which the DOJ claims means imprisonment for a person who “corruptly…obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding…” That is what the DOJ claims happened when ordinary Americans (a) exercised their rights of free speech and (b) usually inadvertently, entered onto Capitol land after masked agitators had removed “no trespassing” signage and fencing and after the Capitol police had opened the building’s doors. The penalty is fines and/or imprisonment, with the latter potentially as long as 20 years.

if Alvin Bragg had charged Trump with a single felony count of [blah, blah, blah] and a jury had convicted him, the judge in the case could have sentenced Trump to probation and a substantial fine, perhaps even requiring him not to leave the state or at least having him check-in in-person with his probation officer on a regular basis, which would have allowed Democrats to significantly impede the Trump campaign. Additionally, it would allow the Democrats to run advertisements claiming that Donald Trump was a “convicted felon.”
But because TDS is real and the concept of “nuance” is completely lost on liberals, they instead charged ahead like a bull in a china shop with 34 felony indictments against the former president. This means if Trump is convicted, the judge will have no choice but to impose an incredibly harsh sentence.
if Trump is convicted, and keep in mind that the 34 indictments are carbon copies of the original charge meaning that if he is found guilty of one he will be found guilty of all of them, there would be no reason as to why he would not immediately be sent to prison. Even if he were to be given only six months per felony conviction, it would result in a sentence of 17 years, not a term that could be put off under normal court guidelines.
It’s certainly likely that the average American is tuned out to the current court proceedings, but if the leader of the Republican party were to be jailed just a few months before the election you can bet they’d start paying attention and asking questions.
The reality is that charging Trump with 34 felonies leaves the court with no wiggle room whatsoever. If he is convicted, the court will have no choice but to impose a draconian sentence on him or be exposed as a totally fraudulent entity. Either Trump engaged in an activity that was so serious it required being charged with 34 felonies eight years after the events occurred, or the “crime” of which he will be convicted of is so unthreatening to the citizenry that he can continue to be allowed to walk the streets free to potentially “re-offend.”
. The MSM is already struggling to explain the crime that is being charged. If Trump were to be convicted and given a lengthy prison sentence right before the election there’s no plausible way they could justify his incarceration.
At this point the best outcome that Democrats could hope for would be a hung jury where they could blame some juror as a Trump supporter, whether or not that claim had any basis in reality; but if Donald Trump is convicted, they are opening a Pandora’s Box that may swallow them whole.

Steve Eisman, best known for his “Big Short” bet against subprime mortgages, said that the idea tariffs imposed by Donald Trump will drive up inflation is “ridiculous.”
The Neuberger Berman Group portfolio manager said in a Bloomberg TV interview on Tuesday that he expects that if Donald Trump is re-elected as president, he will impose tariffs on goods from China. But he does not believe that higher import duties will increase inflation.

Parents in North Carolina are taking legal action against their local school board after they suspended their 16-year-old son for using the term “illegal alien.”
Christian McGhee was suspended from Central Davidson High School in Lexington, North Carolina and also smeared as a racist after he asked a question about the word “alien” during a vocabulary exercise.
“Like space aliens or illegal aliens without green cards?” he reportedly asked his teacher.
This question then led to a confrontation with another student, and the matter was consequently escalated to the assistant principal, who determined he had been “offensive and disrespectful” towards his Hispanic classmates, leading to his suspension.

President Joe Biden declared illegal aliens, enrolled and eligible for former President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), “model citizens” during a Cinco de Mayo event at the White House.
After opening Obamacare rolls to DACA illegal aliens, Biden said his ultimate goal is to offer amnesty to not only those enrolled in DACA but also those eligible for the Obama-era program.
Under such a plan, millions of illegal aliens would secure green cards and, eventually, naturalized American citizenship. Biden justified the policy by calling DACA illegal aliens “model citizens,” akin to Americans.

During the discussion, the Democrat former governor expressed his perspective on the fading public trust in government authority, particularly concerning health mandates.
“I believe if the government were now to say, ‘We just made a finding that there’s a new virus, and everyone should do X, Y, and Z,’ the amount of compliance with X, Y, and Z would be much, much lower than it was at the beginning of COVID because people do not trust the government, especially on this issue, the way they did at the beginning. That would be a complicating factor. When you have people who just don’t listen because the government had no capacity to enforce any of this.
You must wear a mask. People wore masks in New York. But if they said, ‘I’m not wearing a mask,’ there was nothing I could do about it.
You must close your private business. ‘I won’t.’ Well, there was nothing I could really do about it. It was really all voluntary, and it was extraordinary, you think about it, that society acted with that uniformity voluntarily because I had no enforcement capacity. You have a reduced trust in government.”

Contrary to his claims that the compliance with health directives during the pandemic was “all voluntary” and that there was “no capacity to enforce” these measures, these assertions are misleading and revisionist.
Throughout the COVID-19 crisis, Governor Cuomo exercised tyrannical authority, implementing strict mandates that affected millions of New Yorkers.
His administration’s directives, which included mandatory mask-wearing even for children over the age of two and the closure of nonessential businesses, were enforced under the threat of penalties or prison and were not merely voluntary suggestions as he now claims.
The state of New York leads the country in terms of COVID-19 deaths despite having the highest vaccination rate.
Cuomo’s policies killed at least 11,000 seniors during the COVID pandemic. New York COVID deaths from nursing homes were 49% greater than previously reported.
The main reason for this is that Governor Andrew Cuomo had a policy that nursing homes had to accept patients who were infected with the virus. Thousands of elderly people died as a result.

Police Clear Out GWU Encampment After Call for Beheadings, May Have Moved in for More Ignoble Reason
George Washington University has been begging for help from the police for days to help clear out the campus encampment that had been set up there by the radical Gaza activists.
