「Lift up your hands in the sanctuary,

　And bless the Lord.」　Amen.　

　Raising the hands is also an attitude of prayer. Just as Moses carried the battle to an advantage when his hands were raised and became outmatched when his hands were lowered, so the posture of praying to God is important. Paul also wrote this in his letter to Timothy.（I Tim. 2:8）「I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting;"

　May we lift up holy hands and pray to the Lord today....　

『聖所に向かってあなたがたの手を上げ

　【主】をほめたたえよ。』

　手を上げるのは、祈りの姿勢でもあります。モーセが手を上げている時には、戦いが優勢に運び、手を下げた時には、劣勢になったように、神に祈る姿勢は重要なのです。パウロもテモテの手紙の中でこのように書いています。「Ⅰテモ2:8 そういうわけで、私はこう願っています。男たちは怒ったり言い争ったりせずに、どこででも、きよい手を上げて祈りなさい。」

　今日も、聖い手を上げて主に祈ることができますように・・・。

『さあ　【主】をほめたたえよ。

　【主】のすべてのしもべたち

　夜ごとに【主】の家で仕える者たちよ。』

　「祝福する」という言葉には、二つの側面があります。一つは、神に向かって褒めたたえる言葉を語ることであり、もう一つは、神からの祝福を取り次ぎ、隣人を豊かさに導く事である。「夜ごとに主の家で仕える者」からで、女預言者アンナを思い起こします。「ルカ2:36 また、アシェル族のペヌエルの娘で、アンナという女預言者がいた。この人は非常に年をとっていた。処女の時代の後、七年間夫とともに暮らしたが、2:37 やもめとなり、八十四歳になっていた。彼女は宮を離れず、断食と祈りをもって、夜も昼も神に仕えていた。」

　今日も、主の祝福に与ることができますように・・・。

『それはまた　ヘルモンから

　シオンの山々に降りる露のようだ。

　【主】がそこに

　とこしえのいのちの祝福を命じられたからである。』

  地を潤す「露」は、天から注がれる祝福のしるしなのです。それが主を信じる者には、確信として与えられるし、また、期待として待ち望むことができるのです。望む祝福は、人それぞれに違うのでしょうが、私の場合、平安であり、日用の糧であり、試みにあわないことなのです。そして、永遠の命が与えられていることが何よりも最高の祝福なのです。

　今日も、主の祈りと共に過ごせますように・・・。　

「Behold, bless the Lord,

　All you servants of the Lord,

　Who by night stand in the house of the Lord!」　Amen.

　The word "bless" has two aspects. One is to speak words of praise toward God, and the other is to intercede God's blessings and lead your neighbors to abundance. From "Who by night stand in the house of the Lord!" which brings to mind the prophetess Anna. "Luke 2:36 Now there was one, Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was of a great age, and had lived with a husband seven years from her virginity; 2:37 and this woman was a widow of about eighty-four years, who did not depart from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day."

　May I be able to partake in the blessings of the Lord today as well.

「It is like the dew of Hermon,

　Descending upon the mountains of Zion;

　For there the Lord commanded the blessing-Life forevermore.」　Amen.

　The "dew" that moistens the earth is a sign of blessings poured down from the heavens.For those who believe in the Lord, this will be given to them as a certainty, and they can also look forward to it as an expectation. The desired blessings may vary for each person, but for me, it is peace, daily provision, and protection from trials.And the best blessing of all is that I am given eternal life.

「It is like the precious oil upon the head,

　Running down on the beard,The beard of Aaron,

　Running down on the edge of his garments.」 Amen.

　"It" refers to the beautiful fellowship of believers, which is a blessing from God.Perfumed oil seems to have been used on various occasions in the ancient Orient. For example, it seems to have been used for welcoming guests, ordaining priests and kings, and for general grooming. And it is written that Running down on the beard of priest,Running down on the edge of his garments. Since the priest did not cut his beard, he probably wrapped it around the two stones at the collar of his robe. The names of the 12 tribes are engraved on it.

『それは　頭に注がれた貴い油のようだ。

　それは　ひげに　アロンのひげに流れて

　衣の端にまで流れ滴る。』

　「それ」は、信仰者の麗しい交わりという神の祝福の事です。香油は、古代オリエントでは、様々な機会に使用されていたようです。例えば、来客への歓迎、祭司や王の任職、一般の身だしなみ等々で使われていたようです。そして、祭司のひげに流れて衣の端にまで流れ滴ると書かれてあります。祭司は、ひげを切らなかったので、祭司の衣の襟元にある二つの石をも包んだことでしょう。そこには、12部族の名前が刻まれているのです。

　今日も、神の祝福に与れるように・・・。　

『14:14 アブラムは、自分の親類の者が捕虜になったことを聞き、彼の家で生まれて訓練された者三百十八人を引き連れて、ダンまで追跡した。14:15 夜、アブラムとそのしもべたちは分かれて彼らを攻め、彼らを打ち破り、ダマスコの北にあるホバまで追跡した。14:16 そして、アブラムはすべての財産を取り戻し、親類のロトとその財産、それに女たちやほかの人々も取り戻した。14:17 アブラムが、ケドルラオメルと彼に味方する王たちを打ち破って戻って来たとき、ソドムの王は、シャベの谷すなわち王の谷まで、彼を迎えに出て来た。14:18 また、サレムの王メルキゼデクは、パンとぶどう酒を持って来た。彼はいと高き神の祭司であった。14:19 彼はアブラムを祝福して言った。「アブラムに祝福あれ。いと高き神、天と地を造られた方より。14:20 いと高き神に誉れあれ。あなたの敵をあなたの手に渡された方に。」アブラムはすべての物の十分の一を彼に与えた。』

アブラムの時代に４ヶ国連合軍と５ヶ国連合軍の間に戦争があって、４ヶ国連合軍が大勝利を収めました。その軍隊がロトが住んでいるソドムとゴモラを攻撃してロトの家族や財産を全部奪いました。そこでアブラムは彼の家で生まれたしもべたち３１８人を連れて戦い、４ヶ国連合軍を打ち破り、略奪されたものを全部取り戻すことができました。アブラムが戦いに勝利して帰って来る時、メルキゼデク王はパンとふどう酒を持ってアブラハムを祝福しました。

 お祈りします。

愛する天のお父様、み名を崇め感謝します。あなたはいつも私たちを見守ってくださっていますから感謝します。すべてはあなたからいただいたものですから、あなたへお返しすることができますようにお導き願います。いつも信仰の創始者であり完成者なるイエス様を見上げつつ過ごすことができますようにお助け願います。今日の礼拝を感謝し、主イエス・キリストのお名前によってお祈り致します。　アーメン。

「Arise, O Lord,

　to Your resting place,

　You and the ark of Your strength.」　Amen.

　Happiness and fun times are best spent with people you feel comfortable with. This could be a family member, a friend, acquaintance, co-worker, or someone from the local community. Because we can be one about something. The term "brothers" here refers to people who share the same faith. It sings about the beauty of the unity of believers.

　May we love our neighbors in the Lord today.
