In this episode of “Dream it! Dare it! Do it! Live the Life You Want!” I am speaking with Yael Abramson. Her journey, toward healing her struggles with weight and other insecurities, touched me profoundly. We talked about thoughts, feelings and how to listen to our wisdom. Our conversation led to the awareness that life will bring us to where we need to go and what we need to do in order to heal. This is important because we are all connected, and when we heal something inside ourselves, everyone is healed. 

As a child, Yael struggled with insecuritites including food and relationships. Since coming across the 3P she started to feel free with greater peace of mind, and lost 50 pounds.
