The boys then go over the Rumour roundup, a midfielder and a CB are still on the cards before the end of the window, Chakvetadze is staying - and will we see other departures? (Looking at you TDB)

A first three points of the season for the Hornets as they beat QPR 2-1 at the Vic.
A slightly different podcast this week as Ned and James record individual segments (normal service will resume from next week) but the boys discuss the victory over QPR, strong performances from Kayembe, Sissoko, Irankunda and Kyerrumgaard.
James discusses the match in detail before Ned takes on the wider talking points, with Watford's transfer links with Sandi Lovric from Udinese and Denys Popov from Dynamo Kyiv. How much do we need those players?
Before finishing the pod with a chat on Kwadwo Baah, why was he benched? can it be justified?
All this and more, we hope you enjoy!

A first opening day defeat in 6 years for the golden boys saw Watford fall to a one-nil loss away to Charlton.
Ned and James discuss the performance, the positives to take from it before discussing how the squad looks thin on the ground with a lengthy list of absentees already.
The boys then discuss Hector Kyprianou's performance in detail aswell as Doumbia's left wing experiment.
The big question being is it time to panic? or is the first game of the season a chance to see positives as the players gather more fitness for the rest of the season. Would a point have been a fairer result?
Guess the Player returns, so don't forget to play along at home!
