It's been a full-on couple of days, hasn’t it?!

To me, it feels like we are being pranked by our Government as seemingly they can’t read the room.

The £ has fallen over a cliff and is making its way to the bottom of the South Sandwich Cliff (deepest underwater trench in the Atlantic apparently).

The Bank of England base rate continues to rise and rumour has it will increase again by the end of the week.

Mortgage products are being pulled. Valuations are being hit by material uncertainty clauses… expect 10-20% drops because of this and then mortgage underwriters may downvalue it some more.

Yet, through all of this, I don’t see any reason to throw in the towel, its just time to change your approach.

Sidenote: Throughout this period of recession it's going to be freaking hard to stay grounded.
