I've been Podcasting for a year!! I want to thank everyone who listens; Almost 7000 of you and especially Leyton who edits these podcasts for me and Hannah Rose, who helped me find my voice

This guided meditation epsiode is about connecting to your core, your hara or.... it's called something else in Yoga. If you don't fall asleep, you'll hear what the centre of your body is called.

  • Yoga Pose Podcast 65: Feelings Meditation

When you're stressed or overwhelmed, it's hard to feel the feet and the hands, our senses shrink back, a numbing experience, so this is a really powerful meditation to add to your practice.

A super lush trippy meditation. A shorter description so you have more time to experience the meditation.

Enjoy and PLEASE leave a review!

  • Yoga Pose Podcast 62: A Handful of Salt

A Handful of Salt is a reference to a wonderful little story about how to understand the challenges and pains of life. I've found it particularly helpful in recent months. I talk about charging your practice with intention, it's not enough to practice Yoga and Meditation, (or anything else you do as an act of self care) you really have to mean it!

  • Yoga Pose Podcast 63: Feeling Emosh Meditation

Feeling emosh, or 'emotional' as anyone like myself who's over 30 years old should be saying is natural. It's part of the human condition.

Clear 10 minutes in your schedule for this lovely guided meditation but please note: There's no need to meditate however if you find yourself unflustered by all that life throws at you. Because when you meditate you change your relationship with your feelings in such a way that (eventually) you feel upset as when an unpleasant situation arises.

  • Yoga Pose Podcast 62: Can I Be Me?

'Can I be me?' This was something Whitney Houston often asked her team. In the Bhagavad Gita we learn that 'Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self.' In this episode I weave Whitney, ancient teachings and Carl Jung's psychology to explain the blocks I had to putting my Self out there online, how to keep a sense of self and learn to delight (Prema) in your Self.

  • Yoga Pose Podcast 60: What's It All For?

What's it all for? What are we working towards and to what end? I'm feeling all reflective after challenging few weeks, and watching some documenaries. I've been looking back on previous careers and now regret some of the sacrifices I made... I was so focused on targets or promotions that years went by without looking up.

Super cliche but life is short, and regular check ins of 'what's it all for? Why am I doing this?' is really healthy.

At the end of this epsiode I'll ask you a few questions to help get you in the mood for reflection and living a life of pleasure and purpose.

How do you cope under pressure? Your ability to meet a challenge directly affects your likelihood for success.
