Do you have difficulty getting to sleep, or wake up still exhausted? In this awesome little epsiode I'm going to inspire you to give sleep the respect it deserves!

This meditation episode is inspired by Lesson 243 in A course in Miracles:
Today I will judge nothing which occurs.
Now 'today' is a big ask, so I'll modify it, and we'll say, for one minute, I'll judge nothing which occurs.

We're all so judgemental. You've made a judgement to subscribe and listen to this Podcast (and I'm grateful, thanks!)
In this fun little episode I talk about how bi weekly judgement detoxes have helped me, because as Gabrielle Bernsteine says in her book 'The Judgement Detox' "Judgement is the number one reason we feel sad, blocked and alone."

I start this being all shy and sharing some lovely feedback I got from a Yoga Pose. Thank you for the feedback, do keep posting it up!
I then go on to open up about a recent episode where I freaked out on a photoshoot. Even had to be reminded to breath. Me. Breathe! I give that cue to people every day, but in that moment of panic I forgot.
I've been trying to get over a psychological block, and maybe pushing a little too hard. So this meditation episode is about not rushing the self improvement process. It will come.

I make some bold claims here... I reckon we all believe in God or a god, something higher than outselves.
Like you hear something shocking, exciting, or eat something delicious, you'll have probably said uttered the words oh my god! And it might just be a turn of phrase... But in darker moments, where you're scared I suspect you'll have prayed/ asked for help. I talk about a recent stressful experience as well as the Biology of Belief; the power to create a healthy and joyous life is in our hands, it happens at a cellular level.

Recorded with the sounds of nature this episode is such a treat! I talk about how I try to live an enchanted life. We've all felt disenchanted with a job, a relationship, or really just turning on the news will have you feeling disenchanted after a few minutes… So how about now we learn to feel 'enchanted?' Which is all about feeling connected, seeing the magic and mystery in every day life. Enchantment is about feeling fully present in the world.
Show Notes: This episode was totally inspired by Sharon Blackie's book The Enchanted Life: Finding the Magic in Everyday Life. A master of her craft, Blackie weaves beautiful threads of folklore, psychology, history, philosophy, and much more into this remarkable work, reminding the reader of the magic inherent in all of our lives.
