My guest for this episode really made me think more about my life off of the Yoga mat. Because I don’t know about you, but the more I practice the asana or physical yoga practice, the more I want to take care of my body. I find myself being more intentional and aware of what I put into my body and the people I surround myself with. I think, how am I going to feel after this experience, is it going to serve me? Is it going to bring out my best or authentic self? Yoga sorta cracks us open to ourselves and we begin to step into a more self-aware life.
