Being involved with a #narcissist is very toxic. Projecting is one of their many character traits. It's all manipulation. Don't feed into it. Don't get caught up in their web of confusion. They're extremely judgemental and want to change your narrative every chance they get! Stay true to who you are. You got this!

Narcissists are master manipulators. They want you to feel bad about yourself. They are afraid of your strengths and confidence. It is their mission to torture you. Don't fall for it! Get as far away from them as possible, if you can. If you can't, plan to lose your identity, aspirations and dreams!

Forgiveness is not accepting emotional or physical abuse from a narcissist or any toxic person. It's not making excuses for bad behavior towards you. Learn to let go and let God and Love from a distance!

All therapists and psychologists are not created equal. Trust and follow your gut. If you don’t feel comfortable and your reality is questioned, you might want to see someone else. Don’t hold your breath waiting for a person with narcissistic traits to make an appointment to address their issues with #NPD traits! It’s much easier for them to manipulate, gaslight and shift blame.

Then get blind side with the worse bite you could ever imagine! Unfortunately, because of their #NPD personality disorder, they don't feel for you like you feel for them. It will never be reciprocated genuinely. There will always be a motive. Save yoursef the heartache and don't confuse the two. Let's talk about it!

A #Narcissist likes to shift blame and cry victim. Staying in a hurt state of mind allows their codependents and enablers to believe their BS. Even though it is the narcissist who's actually the one causing all of the pain. They'll never take accountability. They are empty creatures and want you to feel the same way. They don't understand being valued, respected and loved. It's very weird to them. They're more familiar and comfortable with hurt and drama. It's their safe space.

The #narcissist will bring the worse out in you, if you allow them to. When you react, they will cry victim. Keep your cool and don’t engage. If you do, you might find yourself in the place where the narcissist should be. You’ll look like the offender instead of the victim. The narcissist will pass blame immediately and gaslight you to believe they played no part in the situation. Don’t fall for it. Go grey rock or no contact.

A narcissist can be bipolar as well. That’s a combination I wouldn’t wish on my worse enemy. Anyone who is dealing with someone who has both, I recommend you seek help asap! Especially, if the person who has it isn’t under the care of a doctor with regular check-ins on a weekly or bi-weekly basis!

Yes, the #narcissist knows from the start when they’ve gone too far. However, they don’t care. They always go too far and hit below the belt. If you stay with them, or around them, plan to be tortured! It’s what they do.

You can be anybody from Beyonce, Halle Berry, Rionna, to Drake, Idris Elba & Steph Curry, have everything going on for you, you're successful, kind, thoughtful, respectful & supportive, they will still be clueless and sabbotage a good marriage/relationship! Because of their #narcissistic personality disorder, they're more interested in tearing you down and making sure they destroy you and everything about you in order for them to feel good about themselves. The narcissist only want you for what they can get from you and that's supply. They will tell you anything they think you want to hear, along with doing some things for you as well. It's for their own good. Watch the pattern! That's called love bombing. Once they get it, you're going to be discarded as quick as he or she will throw away trash. Love yourself more than you hate the situation. Find your peace and protect it! You got this!
