To reach a good position in society and in business is impossible without belief in you, without confidence. Unfortunately, most of people donât have these qualities. Look at some persons, who achieve high results in their life. For me, one of the best examples is Elon Musk. He never gives up, and he is a winner! If you want to be the same, why donât you try? Begin your first steps with this book, make your goals higher, complete them, and, at last, youâll find yourself on the summit of success! This book helps to learn what is self-confidence, how it looks like, how it affect oneâs life, and, most important, how one can develop it in him/her-self. There are several special exercises in it for growing up your confidence. And two valuable things I like in this book:
1) Knowing is not enough; you must do.
2) Think and say positive things to yourself.
Really Liked It
I really liked this book. It seemed that it's nothing new, like all the other books, but still well put together. I guess there isn't anything new about confidence science at all, just the way you teach that. This book was very easy to read and understand and I liked how there is an excercise after each chapter to put you to work straight away, which is very thoughtful.
Informative.
This book explains the research behind controlling your fear and building confidence, all says that you should embrace as much of your fear that you can without becoming immobilized. By embracing the fear, you can hone your skills to prevent possible disaster and really achieve the results that you want to be successful. However, keep in mind that if you chose to master your fear and you feel no anxiety at all, you can throw yourself off your best game as well.

This book is one for everyone who is seeking information on how to unleash one's confidence. Very motivating. You will feel a rush of adrenaline and a sense of power throughout reading the book. Although at first, I expected this book to be more scientific rather than anecdotal. Nonetheless it still gives me spirit and motivation. Well I hope this book will thrive many people to success.
