Recently, I was working with a client, and she showed up to our session rather frustrated.

She said to me, "Doc." (She likes to call me Doc.) "I've been thinking about this 3 Word Rebellion all week, and I just don't know what mine is. I have no clue."

So, I took her through the 3 Word Rebellion framework and 20 minutes later, ah-ha, we found it!
