In this episode, I am speaking with Ms. V The Storyteller. Valeria Elliott, better known as Ms. V The Storyteller, lost her voice at six and didn't get it back until she was twenty-three. Valeria started sharing her personal stories and decided to turn them into a Podcast. Her podcast is for anyone who has lost their voice and wants to get it back. Her stories are personal, and she uses them as a tool to help others who may have gone through similar stories.
In this episode, we discuss:1) How we can find ourselves stuck in a chapter of our lives and then continue to give the story or chapter we are stuck in more meaning than it needs to have. Our stories are the point of connection, and learning to share our stories allows us to build incredible connections with others. 2) We can learn to train ourselves to not live in our stories or to not live in our past. Our story is simply an experience. 3) The more we put people on pedestals, the bigger the gap we give ourselves for our own growth in our life. We also make it a bigger drop for them to fall from when we finally see their human side.
