Why did you choose to go to hair school? What is the driving force behind the things that you do? 

 

When you go to hair school, you are taught to do hair and really nothing else. You learn the basics of doing clients. 

 

How many of you have graduated from hair school & realized that you actually know NOTHING about all the important things? 

 

How to run your business, how to track your numbers, and how to market your business.

 

Those are just things you are not taught & that is really hard when you have NO clue where to start. 

 

You are MORE than just a hairstylist.

 

You are an Artist by TRADE.

 

You are also a marketer.

 

You should wake up every day asking yourself how to get more leads. 

 

Remember that YOU ARE THE PRIZE! 

 

The other thing you want to do is focus on where you’re at and where you want to go.

 

You want to dial in & figure out how you can get to where you want to go based on where you're at currently.
