Summer is a wonderful season. Family gatherings, vacations, graduation parties, 4th of July....so many! I know you have worked hard this past year in losing weight and you have looked forward (maybe with a bit of hesitation) to the sunny, warm weather that will allow you to finally take off your shirt.

But sometimes navigating these parties, can be difficult. You desire to be proud of what you have accomplished and yet there is a growing desire to partake of the delightful food.
