Young and the Restless, CBS's long-running soap opera, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is readying himself for battle and might possibly use Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) as his secret weapon against Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn). As the tension rises in Genoa City, Victor announces Cane's arrival to a furious Lily. Initially blaming Cane for Damian Kane's (Jermaine Rivers) death, Lily realizes the true culprit was Carter, her ex-husband's unstable assistant. 

Young and Restless sees Lily's fury further escalates upon learning of Cane's deceitful alias, Aristotle 'Dumas' (Billy Flynn). As Victor and Cane strategize their moves, Lily emerges as a potential key player in this brewing war. Cane wishes for Lily to stand by him as his queen, while Victor eyes her as a pawn in his intricate plan against Cane. 

Y&R sees that Victor wants Lily to join his scheme against Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Cane, along with anyone else siding with Lily's ex-husband. However, Lily's staunch anger towards Cane and her distrust for Victor leave her decision hanging in the balance. 

Young and the Restless sees Victor's proposition to Lily involves her pretending to get close to Cane, a move she might be unwilling to make. The episode ends on a cliffhanger, with Lily contemplating Victor's proposal and a surprising deal Victor makes with an unexpected character.
