At School Spirit Vending, we specialize in hassle free, year round fundraising for the schools. We custom design spirit stickers for the school with their mascot, their colors, that type of thing. Then, we place a sticker machine in the school that those stickers are vended out of. Then, we end up handling all the product rotation, all the servicing, all the money, all that type of thing. The school literally just cashes a check every month.

So when I started sharing my own personal story, the good, bad, and the ugly, (laugh) you know and when I took off my mask, and I didn't plan for this to happen, but women started saying, "I'm wearing a mask. Can you help me? You have a freedom that I crave and desire. Can you help me get free?" And that's literally how the speaking and the coaching started. I

There are times where I see a part of myself in most of my clients when they come for the spiritual counseling. And it's also therapeutic and healing for me, because sometime I have questions ... Where we just go about living our life and we wonder, "What would happen this type of situation?" And I run into somebody who's going through that experience, and they introduce me to their world.

These days, people are so busy with everything. I mean the current situation is a lot of people feel that they can't retire because of the economic situation. Another segment is too afraid to retire because they feel the same, the stigma that some people feel about not working. They feel that they have to be busy and they have to keep up a certain front, social front.

Risk tolerance is really interesting. So, when you start a business you can grow it up to the ceiling of complexity that other entrepreneurs have grown their business to, but if you want to break through that ceiling of complexity, you have to try new and different things. So we kind of do the thinking and say, "Here's an idea and it's the best idea that we can come up with and here's the minimum viable product." We've got a guy on our team who loves these prototypes.

What's fascinating to me is the body language changes. At the end of the writing sessions, they'll be standing up straight. And there's something that's released in this, and it's, I think, I don't know, but I think it's the being seen. Being seen and heard is the magical thing. We all want that. But in this action, not only are they seen and heard, but we've taken what we've seen and heard and with them, created a song. That's their words. And that's a very powerful thing.
