The first step to levelling up yourself and your business is to get out of working 'in the business' and work more 'on the business'. This will give you time and the mental energy to plan out how to grow the business as well as improve yourself at the same time.

You have to focus on who you need to be and why you want to be that person. Ask yourself what is going to move you from where you are now to where you want to be? What can you do to improve your business and be consistent with it? Answering these questions is a must if you want to improve your business.
