In this week's podcast episode, Joanna talks about how the dictionary defines satisfaction as “fulfillment of one's wishes, expectations, or needs, or the pleasure derived from this.” and how so many people don’t know HOW to feel satisfied and fulfilled because they have a very specific ideal image of the way life is supposed to be. She speaks about how when we keep our focus on the way our life should be, we are literally manifesting our dissatisfaction day after day.
