As I am growing and becoming the best version of myself, I’ve come to the point in my life where I have no interest in talking or mentioning about my past. It does not define me currently and I want to move forward with my life. I know some of you are here for the tea and I can be super juicy about it, however I want to move on to even better content. What would I be creating and putting out for you to see and hear? Find out by listening to this episode!

I can’t believe it has been a year since I’ve started and uploaded my very first episode on my podcast. Being a podcaster is not an easy job to do. There’s a lot of ins and outs of creating an episode to editing and posting. However I do have to say I enjoy every bit of time I have spent on creating this platform to share my own personal experience with you.
With that being said, the next up coming weeks, I’d love to have you be part of my podcast episode. Please reach out to me and let me know if you are interest in sharing your stories with me and to the public. If you want more details, please keep listening to this mini episode so you know how and what to expect.

As I become a content creator and am putting myself out into the public via social media, I am aware that there will be a lot negative people who will bash and write very mean and nasty comments towards me. Let’s call them Negative Nancys and Negative Nates.
Negative Nancys/ Nates can be outsiders and they can also be close friends and families. As I continue to heal and learn more about myself and take control of my emotions and my life, I find that having those stupid arguments are not worth my energy or breathe. People like Nancys and Nates will not take their own accountability nor do they see outside of themselves.
To save your time, energy, and your mental stability, keep listening as I have 7 things that you can do to deal with those Negative Nancys/ Nates:

When you hit rock bottom in your life and you thought that certain groups or people who have been involved your life will help you because of your years of service and dedication in helping them. In return you think they will offer their service and help back, no questions or hesitation. This is yet another disappointment in my life where although I've consider church as my family, they truly showed their true colors during and after my divorce.
I didn't mean to get emotional on this episode but I did at one point in my life was so in love with God and the desire and yearning to build that relationship with him. Can I ever rebuild that again? Find out more on this episode.

Wishing everyone a Merry Xmas, Happy Holidays, and a Happy new year!
What have I learned as an individual this year and what are my goals for next year? Find out on this mini episode.
Disney movies portray to their audience that once a woman finds her prince charming, they both lived happily ever after, the end. But in reality, we as humans fail to realize that there is no happy ending if both parties are not willing to do the work to have a happy ending, or that the relationship is only one sided.
I soon realize after my divorce that I was giving my all and catering to Lost Boy’s needs and wants. Growing up in the Hmong culture, my parents engrained in me and my sisters that as a Hmong women, we are to learn to cook, clean, get educated, give birth to babies, sit down and shut up even if we are being abuse in numerous of ways, and that we don’t matter but more shameful if we get pregnant before marriage or get divorce. Hmong women only exist to live their life only for their husband.
As you listen to this episode, you will hear from my experience and me realizing that I too matter in the marriage. Just because you vow to spend the rest of your life with your husband, that doesn’t mean you stop living your own individual life. To all my ladies out there, take a listen.
Stay love and bless!
