每天快走30分钟吧 有哪些方法可以减肥?你知道快走可以减肥吗?
现在的人学习、工作都很忙,没有时间运动,所以越来越胖。怎么办呢?每天快走5000步就能减肥。没有运动习惯的人,可以爬楼梯、洗车、做家务,这些都能让双脚和全身运动起来。
快走是最方便的减肥运动。你可以用100-120步/分钟左右的速度走,每天走30分钟就行。如果你一次没有那么多时间,也可以利用3-5分钟的时间,每天加起来走5000步,2-3个月后就会有很好的效果了。

“左右”,名词。用在数量词后边,表示概数。 “左右” is a noun used after a quantifier to indicate “a quantity slightly bigger or smaller than the amount indicated by the quantifier”. 用100-120步/分钟左右的速度走,每天走30分钟就行。 It is enough to walk at a speed of about 100 to 120 steps per minute for thirty minutes every day. 加起来 add up to
“加起来”,是“合在一起”的意思。“起来”,趋向动词,用于动词后,表示动作有了一定的结果。 “加起来” means “add up to”. “起来” is a directional verb used after a verb to indicate the actions which has produced a result. 可以利用3-5分钟的空闲,每天加起来走5000步。 You can take three to five minutes’ break every day, and that will add up to 5,000 steps altogether. (1)我上午学了一个小时,下午学了两个小时,加起来三个小时。 (2)爸爸给我1000元,妈妈给我2000元,加起来是3000元。
