In this week’s episode, I wanted to discuss the Ten Things High Value, Classy Feminine Woman Never Do! I have to discuss this now more than ever with the questions that I have been getting about the do’s and don’ts of healthy feminine energy women. I believe that MOST women (about 85%) are truly more feminine energy than masculine energy, especially those that are pre-menopausal. About 10% of women have a good balance of masculine and feminine energy, and only 5% are truly most comfortable in their masculine energy.

That being said, I wanted to do a podcast on this subject with a video to go with it on YouTube. There are even more things that high value, classy, feminine women don’t do, but I wanted to give you these basic ten things to get you started. In this week’s episode, I want to dispel the “strong and independent woman” myth. This “attitude” can be the reason why some women believe that their success “intimidates” a man. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

A healthy, masculine man wants a woman who is accomplished, successful and passionate about something. He wants a woman who can be responsible for herself and her life. He also wants to be a part of that life and wants to assist her in it. He needs to know where he “fits” and when she continues to say how “independent and strong” she is, it doesn’t leave him any room to do just that.

Remember, masculine energy men are natural givers. They want to feel wanted and needed by the people in their life. And as a feminine energy woman, you want to provide lots of opportunities for him to do just that!

Also, I believe that our words have great power. When we continue to say we are “strong and independent” and “I don’t need a man”, then we are sending out that energy into the world and shouldn’t wonder why we are struggling in the area of love and dating. Remember, a romantic relationship requires that we be in PARTNERSHIP with a man. Interdependence is in order. We must be open to giving and getting.

 

In this week’s bonus episode, I am discussing the downfalls of “monkey branching”. This is when you go from one relationship directly into another one. So many people (men and women) do this to avoid dealing with the pain and disappointment of their failed relationship. This is NEVER a good idea as it will cause hurt and heartache to the new person they decide to deal with and it will keep the person “monkey branching” stuck in a negative pattern and not growing and learning from their relationships.

In my podcast episode number 54 “Ladies, Beware The Newly Single Man”, I talk about what dating a man who has just come out of a marriage or a relationship is like and that you must be cautious with engaging with this man for fear of being “monkey branched” on to! He may be reaching for you to ease his pain or hurts from the previous relationship OR he could just be using you as the rebound relationship.

Either way, you stand a pretty good chance of getting hurt and that is what I want you to avoid if you can help it! Love is not a game. When people’s hearts are at stake, you run the risk of them getting attached and if you are not that serious, then avoid roping others in too soon. We are all energy out here in the universe, so be mindful of what kind of energy you are putting out if you don’t want that same kind of energy coming back at you times 100!

 

 

In this week’s episode, I’m discussing engagement and how soon is TOO soon to get engaged. Everyone has watched the Netflix show “Love Is Blind” by now and the premise behind the show is for several strangers to get to know each other sight unseen and to get engaged in a matter of two weeks! Well, THAT most definitely is too soon!

I believe it takes more time than that to even scratch the surface of knowing someone. You need to see how this person performs under a variety of different circumstances. There are no short cuts when it comes to real love. Some things can only be revealed over time so take your time.

I discuss all of the many factors that will play a part in how long two people should wait to get engaged. How old you are (and wise!), how much time is spent together (preferably face to face) and the circumstances that the couple finds themselves in will all play a factor. In this week’s episode, I am discussing if a cheater can reform their cheating ways, once and for all! I get this question a lot from my female clients (and a few of the guys!) and they want to know if their guy who has cheated on them will do it again. Well, as I always say; life and love take RISK! There are no guarantees. I also believe the chances we take in both are worth it.

There are some things you should be on the lookout for to have a better chance of predicting what the outcome may be. I will give you some signs that he MAY cheat again. And for all of you ladies who are single and dating, I’m going to give you some ways to find out if this has been a problem before in your suitor’s previous relationships.

Since I am such a nerd, I wanted to give you some information on the General Social Survey that is conducted out of the University of Chicago. Since 1972, the General Social Survey (GSS) has been monitoring societal change and studying the growing complexity of American society. GSS questions include such items as national spending priorities, marijuana use, crime and punishment, race relations, quality of life, and confidence in institutions. Since 1988, the GSS has also collected data on sexual behavior including number of sexual partners, frequency of intercourse, extramarital relationships, and sex with prostitutes.

In this week’s episode, I am discussing the one thing you will need to have real, genuine love. You must be BRAVE if you want to find and keep a truly connected loving relationship. That will look like different things for the feminine energy woman and the masculine energy man. This is the quality that is sorely missing out here in today’s modern dating life. We are seeing more missed connections and unfocused dating efforts now more than ever. I’m encouraging the men who desire to be true “masculine” men to check out two of my favorite books on masculinity and manhood.

The first one is “The Way Of The Superior Man” by David Dieda. And the second one is called “No More Mr. Nice Guy” by Dr. Robert Glover.

We are finally in the month of February! This month is known for Valentine’s Day and all things LOVE! I was truly honored to be able to interview leading relationship expert Susan Winter. Now I know that I am dating myself with that song, but I remember vividly her singing these lyrics:

Yes, I do think men have drastically changed from 20 years ago, but so have women! Women are putting up with things they would have NEVER stood for then! And I believe that when women decide that they won’t stand for this bad behavior anymore, and stop allowing some of this nonsense, then things will change. So much of what I do is to empower women to lean back and to use the most powerful thing they have to influence and inspire a man; their FEMININE ENERGY!
