What is delay delivery? Well as most of you might already know, it’s a cool little feature in outlook (and some other email service providers) that allows you to write an email and send it at a later time. This seems like kind of a funny tool to get excited about but today we’re going to talk about 6 ways you can use this tool to make your life a little easier.

And making your life easier as an advisor is what I am all about here at the Efficient Advisor. 

So this little email feature will save you time, help you not let things slip between the cracks AND help you follow up with your prospects. 

You can use Delay Delivery to:

·       Send appointment reminders

·       Help you establish boundaries and parameters

·       Send a nurture sequence to prospects

·       Assist with digital meeting prep

·       Follow up with clients on tasks and to dos

·       Remind yourself of stuff to do

So, efficiency is my thing and I get excited over even little tricks that save me time.
