In this season of global upheaval (courtesy of Covid), a group which has dealt with a significant amout of change and disappointment is the Class of 2020. 

The term "Class of 2020" is used loosely in thinking about further and higher education at this time and more specifically in speaking to the graduating classes at A-Level (and equivalent) and at university level - where they are now progressing on to their next steps (post education). 

There's been talk about whether those graduating in 2020 will be part of a lost / invisible cohort when it comes to early career development and in this episode, Gina Visram talks about how with positivity, hope and an ability to transcend those with a consistently negative attitude about their prospects - even this cohort has the potential to thrive.
