Why am I gaining weight? I am eating Whole Foods plant-based perfectly. 2. How can you lose weight on your diet? You can’t lose weight on unlimited calories. 3. How do you fearlessly eat so many carbs? 4. Is it okay to have a cheat meal once a week and be WFPB (whole foods, plant-based) the rest of the week? 5. Do you credit your lean physique to your diet or exercise routine? 6. Should I snack? Should I have 3 meals or 6?
