In this episode, Gina has a quick conversation with her 4-year old about goals and goal setting (Yup... seriously!). The lack of filter from kids is so refreshing and the honesty about the goals that come to mind is funny.

An impromptu discussion with a child this age about  this topic is fascinating - and a great reminder that our goals can be as complicated and / or simple as we want them to be.
