We have all come across a bully, but the biggest bully in our lives is ourselves, and that negative voice in our heads.

Here are some of the tools I use to keep me grounded and present in a mindful manner, especially when that bully comes to bring me down.
One of the tools I use is to pick:
5 things I see
4 things I smell
3 things I hear
2 things I feel/touch
1 good thing about myself
