I am joined by Jason Ilowhite of Loundon County Fire & Rescue (VA). We discuss the February 16, 2024 house explosion at 347 Silver Ridge Drive due to a gas leak in a single family home. We provide an brief overview of the incident and Jason recounts his team's role as their element of the Rapid Intervention Operation recovering multiple mayday firefighters. So many incredible lessons to come out of this one.
