'Knowing when to sell'

Having a crystal ball and understanding when to buy low and when to sell high has got to be number one on the Christmas wish list of every Property Entrepreneur around the UK.

Whilst we don't necessarily have the crystal ball for buying low and selling high, we do have a unique and proven blueprint for understanding what to sell and when to sell it.

In the short term, as a Property Entrepreneur, you want to focus on cash flow, in the medium term, you want to be focusing on profit and in the long term, you want to focus on assets.

There are lots of people getting artificially comfortable, confident or wealthy on paper, where they're leaning on the notional equity that they believe they've built into their properties but understanding commercial valuations is crucial if you want to move from the cash flow, profit and loss game into the profit, wealth creation and balance sheet game.
