When you walk in the room, do you automatically assume and judge people on what or who you think they are, based just off their appearance? We all do it, but I'm challenging you to STOP! In today's episode of Trust and Believe, I'm going to have you do a little exercise where you judge yourself and see how it feels to make assumptions about people that you may or may not know. I also had my girl Ana, from The Dance District in Charlotte NC, talk about why she wears a wig and why women feel they have to portray themselves in public to look a certain way.
