'Do Nothing, Delegate Everything'

When we all start out in business we have a huge amount of energy and enthusiasm, and a million and one ideas to get going, however, very quickly, this is replaced with the day to day operations, to-do lists and tasks of actually running a business.

If you're going to be effective and take your business to the highest level you have the ability to, we need to make sure that at every turn you are highly valuable and highly leveraged.

When we look to 'Delegate to Elevate', we need to understand the difference between a low value, a medium value and a high value task by using what we call the Task Triangle.

The Property Entrepreneurs that we work with, that progress the most efficiently and effectively, use this Task Triangle in everything they do. However, those that don't understand it, struggle to get anything done in the normal day to day.
